By participating in this survey, you agree to voluntary participation—answering at your discretion. Your responses are anonymized for confidentiality, used solely for PULSE survey insights, industry research reports and secured with industry-standard measures. How were the benchmarks calculated?

The benchmarking stage of Pulse was launched in September 2023 to a cross-section of the Canadian business community. We used standard descriptive statistical methods to identify which companies qualified as “high performers” in each indicator. Then, we created a composite score for each attribute, reflecting the characteristic scores of the high-performing members. These scores make up the current benchmark report participants receive upon completing PULSE.
