The Ted Rogers School of Management (TRSM) is committed to fostering relevant, inter-disciplinary research to expand and disseminate management knowledge. Dr. Phil Walsh, BSc, MBA, PhD
Associate Professor, Ted Rogers School of Management
Dr. Walsh teaches and researches in the fields of innovation and strategic management. Prior to joining the academic ranks, he was the managing director of an energy consultancy and co-founder of a number of start-up energy companies.

Andre has worked for Bell Canada International, and as a senior executive for the holding company that oversees CTV, serving as head of its legal and business affairs team. He is currently a strategic partner to Rosenzweig & Co., a high-end executive search firm.

Janice Rudkowski is an Assistant Professor at Ted Rogers School of Retail Management. Janice has over 20 years’ of diverse industry experience across fashion, consumer packaged goods, toys, retail, healthcare, technology, non-profit and HR services sectors. Janice holds a BAA in Fashion from Ryerson University, an MBA in Marketing from York University, an MSc in Business and Management Research from University of Reading and is currently working towards a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at Henley Business School, UK.
Chris MacDonald, Ph.D.
Director of the Ted Rogers Leadership Centre and Founding Director of the Jim Pattison Ethical Leadership Education and Research program, at the Ted Rogers School of Management
Chris is also a Nonresident Senior Scholar at Duke University’s Kenan Institute for Ethics. He is a popular keynote speaker and makes frequent media appearances.
The Honourable David C. Dingwall, P.C., Q.C.
Distinguished Visiting Professor
David C. Dingwall has been a distinguished visiting professor at the Ted Rogers School of Management since May 2011. Dingwall has extensive experience in the private and public sectors on a domestic and international level. Dingwall speaks directly to his experience in alternate dispute mechanisms, labour, corporate governance, corporate/commercial and entrepreneurial management. A world traveller, he has conducted business in Australia, China, Switzerland, Israel, France, Thailand, United States and many more countries.
Dr. Maurice Mazerolle
Associate Professor, Department of Human Resources and Associate Director of Student Affairs, Ted Rogers School of Management, Ryerson University
Dr. Maurice Mazerolle is an Associate Professor at the Ted Rogers School of Business Management and the former director of the Centre for Labour Management Relations. Professor Mazerolle has 15 years of experience in labour relations with a px range of commissions, associations and government agencies including but not limited to the Saint John Construction Association, Ontario Hospital Association and the Education Relations Commission, Ontario.

Brent has an extensive business & volunteer background. With over twenty five years of business experience, he has worked with an international clothing company and two of the world’s largest multinational organizations, Johnson & Johnson and Colgate Palmolive. Within those he enjoyed positions such as Regional Sales Manager, Category Management Director, Director & VP of Marketing and Sales among various others. From these positions, Brent managed a wide array of product divisions and generated year-over-year, double-digit revenue and profit growth through innovative strategic marketing and business strategies. Strategies he brings to his own organization today.
Dr. Ron Babin
Associate Professor at Ryerson's Ted Rogers School of Management
Dr Ron Babin is an Associate Professor at Ryerson’s Ted Rogers School of Management. His specialty is examining and describing how organizations use information technology to become more capable and competitive. He joined Ryerson University after several decades of IT industry experience, notably as a management consultant partner at Accenture and at KPMG. Recently he has developed conceptual frameworks regarding global IT outsourcing and how social responsibility can be embedded into the outsourcing transaction. He has published several books and papers on this topic. Currently his research and teaching is focused on digital disruption. Ron is leading the development of the Ryerson Professional Masters Diploma in Managing Technology and Innovation, which will be focused on CIOs.
Dr. Frederic Dimanche
Director, Ted Rogers School of Hospitality and Tourism Management.
Frederic obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Oregon (USA). He then worked as a Professor in the School of Hotel Restaurant and Tourism Administration at the University of New Orleans. After over 15 years in the USA, where he also worked as Research Director of The Olinger Group, a full service marketing research firm, he joined SKEMA Business School in 2001 to create and develop on the French Riviera the Center for Tourism Management and award-winning Master programs in tourism, event, and hospitality management. Frederic joined Ryerson University in 2015. He has contributed as a guest lecturer or as a consultant to universities, private companies, and national or regional tourism organizations in Canada, France, the USA, and other countries in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Frederic is a past President of the Travel and Tourism Research Association Europe.
Dr. Gail Cook Johnson
Executive-in-Residence at the Ted Rogers Leadership Centre
Dr. Johnson, as a business consultant, has worked, over the last three decades, with many leading North American organizations to help them effectively implement change in response to strategic change, market challenges, service delivery needs, and growth. At the Ted Rogers Leadership Centre, she works with academic leaders and business practitioners to facilitate the development of the Centre’s case studies and e-learning tools, applying change management principles and practices.
