ABOUT THE SESSION

Know where AI can create the greatest value for your business - and leave with a practical roadmap to move forward.

Designed for business leaders who are exploring AI or deciding where to invest first, this one-day executive workshop helps you move from broad interest to a focused plan. You will identify the business problems AI could help solve, prioritize the opportunities with the strongest potential value, and build a practical roadmap for implementation. The session also covers the fundamentals leaders need to make informed decisions, including data readiness, organizational change, risk, privacy and governance.

This is a working session, not another high-level AI seminar. Through expert guidance, peer discussion and hands-on exercises, you will apply the material directly to your organization and leave with a prioritized opportunity map and a draft 90-day action plan. No prior AI experience is required - just a business challenge or opportunity worth exploring.

WHY ATTEND

Most business leaders know AI matters. The harder questions are where it can create real value, what to prioritize and how to move forward without wasting time or money. This executive workshop helps you answer those questions for your own organization.

By the end of the day, you will have clearer investment priorities, practical tools for evaluating AI opportunities and a realistic next-step plan - along with perspectives from other Ontario business leaders facing similar decisions.

KEY PROGRAM OUTCOMES

  • A practical, jargon-free understanding of the AI concepts leaders need to make decisions, including agents and automation, reliability, data readiness and privacy.
  • A prioritized list of AI opportunities tied to real business problems, evaluated by potential value, feasibility and organizational readiness.
  • A practical view of implementation, risk and governance, including change management, build-versus-buy decisions, vendor evaluation, privacy and compliance.
  • A draft 90-day action plan that identifies one strategic priority, one quick win, one governance action and the stakeholders needed to move forward.
  • A peer network of Ontario business leaders working through similar AI adoption decisions.

Why This Program is Different

  • It starts with your business problems and priorities - not tools, prompts or AI trends.
  • It is designed for the people responsible for deciding where to invest, what to prioritize and how to manage adoption across the organization.
  • You will work on your own organization throughout the day and leave with tangible deliverables, not just general information.
