Employee engagement has become the top issue on the minds of business leaders with many asking: “Why are my employees not engaged?” and “What is the dark side of engagement?”

Presented by Ted Rogers School of Management this Executive Education session will explore organizational perceptions, how to diagnose your interorganizational dynamics, and ways that you can re-engage the disengaged and retain talent to maximize productivity.

Dr. Halinski has taught organizational behaviour, human resources, and organizational theory courses to undergraduate and graduate students. Halinski studies organizational change, engagement, and work-life topics.

The TRSM Executive Education session "Employee Engagement" has been approved for 2.75 continuing professional development hours under section A of the continuing Professional Development Log of the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA™)
