In recognition of the increasing importance of women in global trade, the World Trade Centers Assocation's 39th General Assembly's theme is “Women as Leaders in International Business.” The program includes an opening reception, welcome by local officials, conference on the General Assembly theme, workshops by the WTCA standing committees, regional meetings, a  briefing on the region’s economy, a certification workshop, WTCA programming and President’s progress report.
WTCA headquarters is organizing a program for trade mission delegates, who are invited to discover business opportunities, especially in the following sectors: healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical technology, building, real estate, building materials, hotels, restaurants, tourism, financial services, aviation and aircraft.
Hotel accommodations are available at the Intercontinental and the Crowne Plaza. General Assembly registration fees are $US600 per person until September 1, $US700 per person until November 1 and $US1,000 per person on site.
