FLASH SURVEYS

Family Day - February 18, 2008
January 2008
Premier Dalton McGuinty recently announced an extra annual holiday for Ontario. The province will now have nine holidays per year, putting it on par with Saskatchewan, B.C., Alberta and the Territories. Ontario's Family Day will be celebrated on the third Monday of February. This year, it falls on February 18, 2008.  A flash survey was sent via email to over 2,000 organizations on January 9, 2008.  The survey remained open for week.  A sample of 508 HR professionals, presidents/CEOs and financial officers from the Toronto Region (or organizations with divisions in the Toronto Region) participated in the survey.  Click on the heading to download the results to this survey.

Employee Use of Social Internet Sites
November 21, 2007
Majority of the respondents (91%) have a policy in place on PC and Internet usage by the employees but only 34% address the use of SPECIFIC Internet sites.
