1. In consideration of the undersigned paying to The Board of Trade of Metropolitan Toronto/World Trade Centre Toronto (WTC) the sum of forty ($40.00) dollars in advance for the initial month and the sum of forty ($40.00) dollars in advance for each month thereafter, The Toronto Board of Trade/WTC agrees to:

(a) receive letters addressed to the undersigned at The Toronto Board of Trade/WTC's head office;

(b)assign a mail box to the undersigned and deposit mail received in same.

2. Information given by the Member is confidential and will not be disclosed except where legally mandated or required.

3. The payment referred to in paragraph 1 shall be automatically charged to the Member account number noted below on a monthly basis.

4. The Toronto Board of Trade/WTC is not responsible for any failure on the part of Canada Post Corporation or any courier company to deliver on time or to the correct address. The Toronto Board of Trade/WTC is not responsible for any damage to mail or mail box howsoever caused.

5. The Member agrees not to allow mail to accumulate for more than 30 days in the mail box and The Toronto Board of Trade/WTC shall not be held responsible for the safekeeping of mail after 30 days from its receipt.

6. The Toronto Board of Trade/WTC agrees to accept registered mail on behalf of the Member and to treat it in the same fashion as mail received in accordance with the paragraph numbered 1.

7. The Toronto Board of Trade/WTC will not accept parcels or odd size mail not capable of being accommodated in the box. Mail-box size is 5" X 6" X 12".

8. The Toronto Board of Trade/WTC will not accept COD packages.

9. The Toronto Board of Trade/WTC agrees to provide reasonable security and protection for all mail, courier material or deliveries. However, the undersigned agrees that The Toronto Board of Trade/WTC shall not be liable for any damage to or loss or theft of any mail received by it on behalf of the Member.

10. The right is reserved by The Toronto Board of Trade/WTC to refuse items on the basis of size, volume or condition.

11. Except when it may be prohibited by statute or regulation, The Toronto Board of Trade/WTC will forward mail received on behalf of the Member in accordance with the instructions of the Member on a regular, basis at the cost and risk of the undersigned Member, for a service fee to be negotiated for each occurrence regardless of the number of pieces of mail so forwarded, plus the appropriate postage due.

12. Payment for mail forwarding services shall be charged to the Member account noted below.

13. This agreement shall continue until terminated in accordance with its terms.

14. Termination will not be complete until written notification has been received and the mailbox key has been returned to The Toronto Board of Trade/WTC. Until such time the member will continue to be charged on a monthly basis.

15. The Toronto Board of Trade/WTC will forward mail, on termination of service, for a fee for a period of 30 days. After 30 days, The Toronto Board of Trade/WTC will not redirect the Member's mail. It is the Member's responsibility to notify correspondents of their new address and make arrangements to have mail forwarded, or other instructions. Mail not claimed will be returned to sender.

16. The Member agrees to show the Post Box Number #375 on any return address letterhead, envelope or stationary where The Toronto Board of Trade/WTC is identified.

17. The Member agrees to use the facilities and services of The Toronto Board of Trade/WTC in a responsible manner and not for any purpose prohibited by Canadian Postal Regulations nor for any unlawful purpose whatsoever.

18. Except where otherwise provided, this agreement may be terminated by either party on thirty (30) days notice in writing to the other party.

19. A charge of $10.00 is forfeited in the event of a lost key.

20. Breach of the foregoing terms by the Member shall permit The Toronto Board of Trade/WTC to terminate this agreement forthwith at any time without notice.

21. The Member may use up to 3 personal or company names.
