This confidential service, offers a letter-size mail box on a monthly basis, accessible during regular business hours. We have included the added conveniences of a mail check call-in service, a parcel receiving service and a mail forwarding service.

At no extra charge, you can call between 3 p.m.- 4 p.m. (416-366-6811) to check if you have received mail.
Parcel Receiving Service
On your authority, we will accept parcels, registered mail and sign for couriers on your behalf. Please note: we cannot accept large or awkward parcels that we are unable to safely store for you.
Your parcels must be delivered between 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., when the Receptionist is available to receive them. The Toronto Board of Trade is not responsible for deliveries to mailbox clients that arrive before 9 a.m. or after 5 p.m.
The courier delivery address must include: “Toronto Board of Trade Elevator” and the contact number for delivery directions is: 416-366-6811.

Payment
Credit card authorization is required for automatic monthly payments. Mailbox charges are included in your monthly statement detailing the charges on your Board account.
