About the Compensation Reports
Every year, the Toronto Board of Trade reaches
out to employers across the region and asks them to share their
compensation, benefit and employment practices by responding to a
standard and comprehensive survey. Once this information is collected,
the Board of Trade analyzes and synthesizes the collected data into six
reports that will help you and your business.
This year’s reports, reflect the
participation of over 350 organizations spanning the spectrum of job
positions, industry classifications, target markets, operating budgets
and company sizes. This has enabled us to create our most comprehensive
and relevant reports to date.
Use these reports to ensure your compensation
and benefits package is competitive within your industry. Whether you
are seeking to attract and retain a top-performing team, re-evaluate
your HR practices, build your business from the ground up, or simply to
compare your pay and policies to those of your peers, our reports serve
as an easy-to-use reference tool. As we emerge from a turbulent economic
period, accurate, up-to-date, region-specific data can deliver a
competitive advantage for your organization.
