Can your surveys provide me with industry-specific salary and benefits information?

Each of our reports offers detailed compensation analysis, including:

What positions are surveyed in the reports?

We survey over 300 different positions. Click here to view a complete list of positions surveyed in each Report. 

If I order today, how soon will I be able to receive and start using my reports?

If you are located in the Toronto Region and place your order by 3 p.m., the report will be on your desk by 12 noon the following business day. Outside the Toronto Region, please allow 1-2 business days as the expected delivery time.

Are the reports paper or electronic?

As part of our green initiative, we have decided to produce PDF and Excel versions of our Survey Reports. The electronic format provides more flexibility for you to integrate the compensation data into your own documents as to cross reference our tables with your cash compensation spreadsheets. For those wishing to obtain hard copy book Reports, a surcharge of $25 per volume or $100 for the full set or 6 Reports will be levied on all orders.

If I have any questions when using the reports, will someone be able to assist me?

While we pride ourselves on producing the most user-friendly reports on the market, we understand that questions do arise from time to time. Our staff is easily accessible during regular business hours Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., on our Hotline at 416.862.4515 and can also be reached by email at surveys@bot.com.  All efforts will be made to answer questions within one business day of being received.
